Gorgeously decorated hotel. Convenient to Biltmore and charming Biltmore Village. Wonderful staff prompt check-in even without a reservation. Warm hot beverages in the lobby with seating around a large fireplace. Soaker tub in room, very clean with charming decor, soft sheets, comfy bed. Nice little gym with fruit infused water, fruit and clean towels. Perfect hotel for our romantic getaway to Asheville without our kids.

Beautiful hotel in the historic district around the Biltmore Estate. Shops are only a block away. This is a nice choice for a couples weekend getaway; the rooms are cozy and take you back in time. Around Christmas this area has a special feeling with the lights and activities in the area.

Stayed here for one night during Thanksgiving. Staff was friendly and always helpful. The Hotel Lobby is probably the most amazing part of the Hotel with a chimney right in the middle and many comfortable and cozy seats. The hallways to the room are decorated as an old upscale house. The rooms have lots of nice details and the bathroom was very well decorated. I stayed at room 405 which might have been close to the air system on top of the building, could hear a little bit noice from there, but had no problem to sleep.
The gray line trolly departs right in front of the door. Car Valet was fast.
Will definitely return.

One of the most beautiful hotels you can stay in. The service is great, the look and feel of the hotel is amazing, the bathtub rooms are so cozy, it is the top place to stay in Asheville. The restaurant (The Red Stag) has the best truffel fries that i have ever tasted.

Beautiful, cozy yet grand atmosphere. Rooms are lovely. Spending time in either the lobby or your room will make you feel pampered. Interesting artwork throughout facility. Feels like you're staying the night in a historic mansion. Would definitely stay again.
