Beautiful tour! In the off season, the audio tour is included in the regular ticket price - I definitely recommend the audio tour! The winery at Antler Hill Village was enjoyable as well.

The house itself is of course impressive. But the history that goes along with it was what I enjoyed most. I had been years ago with no audio tour, but with the audio tour it is MUCH better. It is like entering another world. Hard to believe how primitive we lived just a hundred years ago, considering the age of the earth. I absolutely loved it. Biltmore house is something every one needs to have on there bucket list!

The Biltmore Estate was absolutely amazing! Certainly worth the short drive from Knoxville, TN, if you are in the area, like we were. We arrived in the afternoon, so we did the Estate tour. Don't skimp and get the audio tour. It's the only way to truly learn the history of the Estate. Afterwards, we looked at the gardens, didn't have time to walk them, and went to the shops in the Stable area next to the Estate. We had just enough time to drive over to Antler Hill to sample the wines and do some shopping in the winery. The Biltmore is truly an amazing piece of history, and an attraction not to be missed!
