We had a lovely room with a city view. It was a 5 - 10 minute walk to Fisherman’s Wharf and shops as well as Ghiradelli Square. We had a rented car and the hotel had garage parking available for guest (for a fee though). Definitely would recommend this hotel!

This quiet, trendy hotel was walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. The Hotel staff very friendly, interactive and genuinely interested in our daily adventures. Buffet breakfast and bottled water were a great daily inclusion.

This hotel was so comfortable. The rooms were large and very clean. You do pay an urban fee of about $30USD a day, but you and your hotel mates receive an excellent hot breakfast everyday (though I do wish they would have changed it up more each day), fresh bottled water everyday, and coffee and tea throughout the day. Our room faced the courtyard and it was extremely quiet. The staff were very helpful and kind, from the concierge to the cleaning staff. The hotel is located close to everything you'll likely want to do in San Francisco. We never once needed to take a cab or a bus to reach our desired destination.

This hotel was perfect for our visit to San Francisco. The rooms were great, the location was 2 minutes from all the attractions and restaurants at fisherman's Wharf. The breakfast in the morning was terrific. One of the best hotel breakfasts that we have ever encountered. Lots of options and no problem finding a place to sit and eat.
We stopped in and had a drink at the bar and it was great too.
They included two bottles of water in your room every day which was a nice touch. There was a drug store across the street so we went and stocked up on supplies there.
The only down side was I found the bathroom to be a little small and we weren't crazy about the sliding barn door to the bathroom. That is the only thing I can think of that wasn't great. We booked this hotel through Expedia and I was concerned that we would be treated as second class citizens but this was not the case at all.

Room tip: We booked a courtyard view room as I had read that outside rooms were noisy. Our room was perfectly quite.

Thank you so much for your thorough and thoughtful review of your stay with us, Sharon! We would never dream of treating our Expedia, Booking.com, or any other method of booking guests as anything other than our highest guest service standards! While we hope that if we have another opportunity to welcome you back again in the future we might be able to convince you to book directly with us (and we'd be more than willing to ensure you didn't miss out on a lower rate! :), we are so thrilled to hear you enjoyed nearly everything about your experience and hope you were able to see and do everything you had on your to-do list! Thank you again for staying with us and sharing your experience with your fellow travelers!
