Let's start out with the positive: Great view overlooking Fisherman's Wharf. We had a "suite", although 300 feet is not much of a suite. But it did have a balcony overlooking the water.
That is where the good stuff ends with Zephyr. Check-in was dreadful. Arrived at 10:30 AM. No room, which is fine. They told us they would call us when the room was ready. Noon - no room. 2:00 PM - no room. 3:00 PM we finally got the room, but not because they contacted us. Not a good experience.
Gym is tiny. SUPER noisy between the loud music in Fisherman's Village and the noise of the city.
Not bad, however I would not stay there again.More
