The room was no bigger than a closet - a closet with no storage space - not even a chair - could not cancel - great location but for the price (started out $110 but with add one over $200) off the chart. For $50 a night maybe OK. If you have more than 1 suitcase forget it

Arrived on a Thursday afternoon before check-in time and Rob was absolutely wonderful in allowing us to check-in and very thoughtful in explaining valet, wine hour, and coffee bar! The view was stunning, wine hour is lovely as the wine is plentiful, the valet quick (only about 10 min), and the coffee served up at the coffee bar (for purchase) is delish! Above all of this, the staff is AHHHMAZING! Rob, in particular, always addressed us by name and in anything we required a bit of assistance, all staff members were eager to help. The location is perfect for a great run along the boardwalk, easy access to all piers, and a few great restaurants only steps from the front door. It’s a gem!

Just came home from a wonderful stay at Harbor Court in San Francisco. We had a bay view queen room which was awesome and had a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge! The staff was wonderful and very helpful to two Midwesterners who hadn't been to SF in 30 years!
Love the option of not having the room cleaned every day - not just for the ecological reasons but also because of the donations to the senior dog rescue Muttville!

As we walked into the Harbor Court Hotel it was immaculate and smelled fresh and clean. Our room was tidy and had every convenience. Rob, at the front desk, was friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. Every employee we encountered were very kind and went out of their way to make our visit perfect. It is located close to most sights in San Francisco. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amenities fee of 30 dollars, however the only amenities offered were: a swimming pool shared with the YMCA hostel next door... free tea and coffee in the morning only! (This is normally provided free of charge in all other '4 star' hotels), wine hour from 5-6, useless if you don't drink alcohol and wifi. Definitely not worth the amenity fee.
Valet parking was a total rip off - 60 dollars per night. When we asked reception If there were any other car parks nearby they said they weren't sure. Thankfully we found one 0.2 miles away (hills plaza) which was 10 dollars a night.
Rooms were on the small side with small windows but we had opted for a bay view room which was pretty spectacular.

For a four star this hotel was poor, however for a three star it would suffice. I think the star ratings of this place need to be reassessed.
