I had dinner here. Nothing extravagant, a chicken salad. They served the obligatory salsa and chips beforehand. The chips were fine, but the salsa was a bit milder than mild.
Now the salad: the piece of chicken was diced into tiny pieces that you had to scoop up; it was impossible to spear them with your fork. There was a handful of bacon crumbles sprinkled in one area, the chicken in another, and a few slices of 'cado. There was enough lettuce to cover the plate, but not very high. My plan was to use salsa for a dressing. The salsa that they gave me to use as dressing was a different consistency than what came with the chips, but again, it was not even false alarm.
I ate at a Chevy's years ago, and it was far better than this. Fortunately I had the world series to distract me from this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Taco Bell would have been better. Avoid this restaurant.
