My partner and I ordered a lamb Tagine Dinner for $42 and since I was not hungry, we decided to split the dinner. Little did we know that dinner is full course-from appetizer, to bread, to soup, to Moroccan salad, to Main Course, (It's the best) and the Baklava desert. And there was a Belly Dancer who performs well and encouraged audience participation. The Spices used were authentic, and the staff, right at peak dinner hours, were quick, and responsive to your requests.
I will definitely come here again...

My wife and I revisited this restaurant after a 35 year absence. There were a few changes over the years. During our original visit, we sat on a large cushion on the floor and ate without utensils. This time was more conventional. What hasn't changed was the quality of the food and the service,. I ordered the lamb in an almond and honey sauce. The lamb was tender and tasty and the sauce enhanced the dish. My wife ordered the chicken with the same sauce and devoured the dish. A gentleman who appeared to be the manager made us feel welcomed and made sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely return the next time we are in San Francisco.

Food was not good. Not tasty. Very noisy with loud music. Give you a hint about Moroccan food, and Moroccan style. There is a singer and a belly dancer. However, I would not recommend this place for the food or for the songs.

We arrived for a 7 p.m. Saturday dinner and were concerned as the place was nearly empty. Even more puzzling, as the food was very good and portions were generous. Around 8 p.m., some large parties (2 bachelorette parties and a birthday party) started to arrive. When the belly dancer started, things really livened up. Highly recommend arriving 8 p.m. or later on a weekend night if you want to fully experience the atmosphere here.

Good Moroccan food. Walking inside you think you are in Morocco. You sit in traditional couches, with small tables. The food was tasty and service good. Good price/value as well.
