My husband and I stayed for three nights over the 2021 Memorial Day holiday (TripAdvisor won’t let us put in the correct date).

We found the staff professional, friendly and accommodating. There was a plumbing issue with our first room. They moved us immediately into an equivalent room, comped us a gift, and assisted us with the move.

The room, while compact, was as advertised. The hotel and room were clean and well-decorated; and it was not standard hotel room decor. We had a wellness room which had a Peleton. The bike did not require specialized bike shoes so would be usable by anyone with tennis shoes, which was a nice discovery as we had brought our Peleton shoes, but didn’t need to.

Location is in a heavy retail area with lots of foot and automobile traffic. There are sufficient coffee shops, drugstores, and restaurants in the area; however hours are still abbreviated so definitely best to call ahead to confirm hours.

The hotel is in an area with a significant homeless population. SF is a major city with major city issues. We never felt afraid but would be vigilant after dark.

We would return to this lovely hotel.

It’s wonderful to hear that the Peloton bike in your Wellness Room was such an important factor in your staying at Hotel Zetta. We wanted the bikes to be accessible and thusly we removed the toe cage and opted for a flat pedal to ensure guests can use them without having to bring additional gear. Next time you join us, you can leave your specialty shoes at home!

Overall great stay, a few very minor hiccups but nothing that would ruin the stay, I would definitely love to stay here again!! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, very good COVID protocols. We did visit the bar attached to the hotel even though they are not directly connected and service there was immaculate. Love the lobby and accessibility to downtown city and highway entrances.

The staff was extremely attentive, engaging, and courteous throughout the entire trip. Very friendly, offered great insight and advice. They over-responded to, what in my mind, was a very small issue.....traveling with my 6 year-old daughter, the in -room fridge went out overnight....within 10 minutes of reporting, the young lady at the front seat had gone across the street to replace my daughters milk for her! This is just one shining example of the many courtesies the entire staff made during our stay to make us feel welcomed and special! I couldn’t recommend the hotel more!

Well I was charged a smoking free for a room that I definitely did not smoke in. Took two days to hear back from the management. She says it was a clerical error. On the invoice they put the charge as miscellaneous.

I stayed only for one night but was able to note the excellent service they provide, from check in, valet parking and the check out process. They have modern amenities/gadgets to make the stay feel like home. Clean room and bathroom. Good/safe location. My only complaint is that the A/C was a bit noisy. Otherwise, The experience was excellent.
