Owner description: Everything except food and sunscreen is available at this beautiful beach: grassy spots for games, a sandy stretch, great swimming, a playground and restrooms.

The water is incredibly clear and we could see fish even without any goggles or snorkelling equipment. The water is shallow over a large span but quickly drops off in some areas. There's a lot of parking and even on a summer day in August the place is not crowded. The waves break quite far out, so the water is calm and seems pretty safe for children. There's a lot of coral on the ocean floor so it's best to wear shoes of some kind.

Always a great place to go to get some vitaminsea. Or just a breath of fresh air, hang out or BBQ with family. Life guard on hand and always ready to respond. Nice place to be and watch the sunset go down.

I took some bread with me to feed the fish in the ocean here and it was pretty cool. This area of the beach is very clear and primarily free of coral. Not sure if it was just me but it doesn't seem as if the water is really salty. A great spot to swim and go snorkeling in.

The park itself has plenty of walking or running trails and plenty of space to hang out solo or with friends. The beach strand is a little narrow, but that might have just been high tide; in any case, it's wide enough to stroll along or to set out some towels and steam yourself in the sauna that is Guam. I strongly recommend bringing a snorkel, mask & fins and jumping in the "bathwater poured especially for you by mother nature" (I read that somewhere, didn't believe it then, but I'm a believer now!) There are schools of tropical fish swimming around the various coral formations. This place is truly as amazing as it sounds.

We had to venture out a ways to get to good snorkeling, but once we found it, the snorkeling was great! The water stays relatively shallow, and there was a very attentive lifeguard in his beach hut watching through binoculars and what not, so this would be a great place to take kids. The park near the beach was large and had a lot of shade (which you need in Guam sometimes!)--lots of people having lunches or just hanging out. My only criticism -- there were cigarette butts EVERYWHERE on the grassy area just above the sand. It was really disgusting.
