This hotel was so much fun. The staff were the BEST in entertaining us and making us feel like we were on a true vacation. There were so many activities to do on the resort you never have to leave. I would definitely stay here again. The room and the food was average. My children ages 1 and 3 fell in love with this place!

I have been to Guam 5 times with my family, and every time we visit, we stay at this hotel. It's great for families. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The mood is always lively. The water slides and pools are fun for kids and adults. The restaurants and food are fantastic. I think the Japanese restaurant is the best. It's not crowded at all during dinner time, but is always crowded during breakfast. The Rock 'n' Roll Cafe is also very good, but inside is freezing.

This is an excellent place to stay with young children (about 12 and under). (APR 7-12) The room was decent, the beds were FIRM, the view was awesome (9th floor, short Oceana Tower) and the food was WAY expensive. The kids had a wonderful time every day from the time the pools opened @ 0900 until we made them go home about 5:PM. The kids club took care of the older two (5 & 7) most of the day and there was babysitting service for the youngest (18 mos) that we did not take advantage of, but did hear about. If you go on vacation to stay in your room, then avoid this place. If you go to enjoy the outdoors with the family, its good. The kids went to the beach two days but most of their time was spent within the compund's water amusement park. The youngest had her own water park (just for very young chldren). There is high end shopping near by, HRCafe, and a few malls. Lots of sunscreen and make the kids wear the SPF 50/80 long sleeve shirts!!! Dont ruin 5 days of vacation on the first day. We saw many that did this. They looked like lobsters after the 1st day and didnt look too happy aftewards.

Did two dives with GTDS, nice locations, TOO many people on a cattle boat. Decent prices. Nice to check the block but definetly not a dive destination!

The water park in the hotel is excellent. There are so many pools catering different activities. There are also many other activities like archery, snorkeling etc. The disadvantages with the activities are you have make a reservation, there are limited seats, and it's based on their timing. The activities are not ongoing. I was at the archery area at 2pm and I wanted to play the archery when I was there. The hotel staff said I have to make a reservation and the next archery session is only at 4pm. I had to wait for 2 hours just for the archery. This also applies to their scuba diving, snorkeling, and other activities. Wanted to go for snorkeling but they said they only accept 10 people for each session and all the sessions for that day is full.

The rooms are not too bad but the air-conditioner in the room is not cold enough. The size of the room is alright.

The reception is not air-conditioned and it's full of smoke from smokers. Can smell smoke everywhere. There's free wifi near the reception. There are many restaurants to choose from but the food in the buffet restaurants are terrible. Variety is good but the taste is below average and the Japanese will start queuing before the restaurant opens.

The service at the reception is terrible. They're not helpful at all. They only give good service to the Japanese. If you're not a Japanese, don't bother staying in this hotel.

The hotel is only near to K Mart and it is around 15 minutes walk to K Mart. There's Tony Roma opposite and some small shops.

If you're keen on the water park, don't bother staying in this hotel. Before I stayed in this hotel I was staying in Holiday Resort and Spa for 4 nights. I find Holiday Resort and Spa much better than this hotel. See my review for Holiday Resort and Spa.
