We loved the unit and location as it was easy access to the marina for boat trips and not far from Kihei for activities. The traffic nearby was fine but in kihei much more congested.
The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, dishes and pans if you wanted to cook or make meals. The linens were great and rentals maui easy to work with. The pool was just redone.

We first stayed here in April and loved it. Close to the beach, roomy and updated, and kid friendly. It was clean and live the location and breezes. This visit the condo wasn't as clean. Things like the sofas haven't been moved and vacuumed, under the beds either. The tiles make your feet black. The bathroom is starting to get that orange mold from not being cleaned properly. In addition, we have a roommate in the form of a giant cane spider. He enjoys terrifying us in the evenings. Everyone says they're harmless and afraid of people, but it keeps popping up near us. We've called the condo mgmt and they sent over their guys, but no one can catch or kill it. I unloaded Raid on it several times to no effect. It's about 4" around. Huge. And while spiders normally don't bother me, it keeps startling us at odd times and my 6 yr old is terrified. There's no telling where it will pop up next. I think this was a great alternative to a resort until now. You won't find those spiders at a resort so that's where we'll be from now on.
