Description: Located on Ka'anapali Beach, Relish Oceanside restaurant bar presents evening dining amidst tumbling waterfalls and glowing tiki torches. It's the perfect place to celebrate in tropical paradise as you savor island-inspired cuisine amidst stunning oceanfront sunsets. There are tables of two for an intimate dinner as well as larger table seating for family dining and a semi-private dining room for special occasions. Restaurant chef Jennifer Evetushick has introduced a new menu that features signature favorites such as Ahi Tostadas as well as new specials including Blue Crab & Macadamia Nut Mahi Mahi with Polynesian Fried Rice, Miso Glazed Salmon with Pohole Fern Salad & Forbidden Rice Risotto, Pulehu Rib Eye Steak with house-crafted smoked salt, Chicken Curry Maui Gold Pineapple Flatbread and Kula Tomato Salad with Burrata Cheese which is a SuperfoodsRX recommendation. The cocktail scene is equally exciting!

Very romantic restaurant. If you reserve an Oceanside table in the grass area. Service was great but menu was very limited. Be prepared to pay $100 plus for a dinner for two.

After a week in Kaanapali (at the Westin), we decided to have our last dinner At Relish Oceanside. Donna, our server, was attentive and fun, and told us an entertaining story about how she ended up on Maui from Atlanta, GA. The food was great and Donna made nice suggestions on appetizers and drinks. The dinner itself was fantastic and the setting sun over the sea was unforgettable. After we declined dessert, Donna brought out a beautiful ice cream cake with a sparkler she brought from home, stuck in the middle and sparkling, at no charge! We had a great time and Donna was lovely.

We took a glance at the long lines at the nearby restaurants and opted to race in for HH with only 7 minutes to spare. HH is from 5-7pm nightly. They don't seem to host a lot of HH patrons as there was some confusion with us sitting at a table adjacent to the bar. The bartender said he couldn't serve the food but we could order it with him. A little odd, but we quickly ordered about 4 different items...all half price. House chardonnay at $7 is quite a deal compared to normal prices in this resort area.

Despite the rocky start, the food was delivered to us quickly. We were pretty much in disbelief as each item presented to us looked too pretty to eat...yet tasted outstanding. The lobster corn chowder isn't something I would normally eat being in a cream base but it was delicious and you could taste the seafood broth with nice chunks of lobster. The next appetizer that was exceptional were the garlic prawns. These were kind of like an elevated salt and pepper shrimp but with just the head on and skin removed elsewhere. They were served over bok choy and we wish we had ordered two of these!

We also tried a tuna tostada and it too was delicious. The miso yakitori was also a winner .... we wished we had ordered two of everything actually! The only reason they dropped a star was because of the confusion with where to seat us for HH and how to handle ordering the food.

I need to mention that while we were there two different wedding parties were being served nearby....even with so much going on, the service was quick and we took a peek at the food being served at these large tables and it looked pretty amazing.

We also stopped in a couple of nights earlier so I could order the elderflower refresher which is made with absolut elyx, elderflower liqueur, cucumber and lime. It was so good the bartender wrote down the recipe for me. Priced at $16, but again this is standard cocktail pricing in this area. I would for sure go back here for HH and their fancy cocktails. Awesome view and ambience too.
