“Great Hamburger”
Reviewed 23 February 2012

Went here at noon looking for a hamburger. We were not disappointed. We were seated immediately and the rest of the service could not have been better. While we were eating there was a line to get in but they did not wait more than a few minutes The hamburgers were done perfectly and hot.

“Great view, average breakfast food.”
Reviewed 23 February 2012

You are going for the view, the food is fine but nothing special. However, the prices are very reasonable for Maui so you won't feel ripped off. Got there a few minutes after 7, second in line and got right in at 7:30am. Most of us had the pancakes, one ordered breakfast burrito. As noted, the coconut syrup is wonderful. I think it was half gone by the time we finished. Friendly service and the whale watching while you wait will keep you entertained.

“Long Wait, Fun Place”
Reviewed 22 February 2012

Not amazing food but great atmosphere. You have to wait for a LONG time (like an hour or more) at breakfast. We gave up (having eaten here for breakfast in the past) and came back at lunch. We waited about half an hour for lunch. My husband got his beloved macadamia nut/banana pancakes, I got a giant plate of fried rice, and my sister got corned beef hash (from a can we think). The food is all good, solid food. The breeze blowing through and the windows looking out on the ocean are what really make this restaurant. Also, very friendly service.

“Great Breakfast Stop”
Reviewed 21 February 2012

We waited about 1 hour one day and then 45 minutes another day. The wait is worth it! The portions are large and the food is delicious! The prices were very reasonable, especially for the amount of food you get. The first day, we ordered the macadamia nut pancakes and an omelet. The coconut syrup is great. We both left full. The second day we ordered the macadamia nut pancakes and fried rice to share. The waitress came out with the pancakes on one plate and two plates piled high with fried rice and told us she split the fried rice order in half for us to share. We finished the breakfast, but were full the rest of the day. The tide pools down the short walk from the restaurant contain many urchins and small fish. The gift shop has a lot of neat items at very reasonable prices.

“AMAZING!!!”
Reviewed 21 February 2012

Just go! Be sure to go early as you will avoid a line (maybe!) It's so worth the wait - macadamia white chocolate pancakes – that’s just an example! Watch whales in the distance while you eat! The place is a bit crowded inside, but again – they pack em’ in so you don’t have to wait so long outside. Best breakfast place on Maui!
