We were so close to booking a tour for our family, but the the first time I called with a couple questions the woman who answered was rude and impatient. I called the second time to book and she told me to call back in 10 minutes because she was doing emails... that was enough of a deterrent... we hiked down into the valley instead and it was fantastic. Not helpful for a business to have such an unfriendly person dealing with customers.
