Sure, this place is old. But it is well kept and the staff is polite. It's generally quiet, except for the freeway noise. I stayed here on a cross-country journey. I was running a bit ahead of schedule though, and was pleased that their check-in time was as early as 1 PM.

This hotel is very outdated but surprisingly clean and functional. You get an actual key at check in for your room. The room had an old mattress, old carpet, and old curtains. Although the hotel is out of date it was super clean. The room had everything you would need--TV, refrigerator, microwave, a comfy recliner chair, clean sheets, clean towels, and warm water with good water pressure.
When I consider the price I paid at around $50 per night compared to other hotels in the area asking $75+ per night this is a great budget option. Don't judge a book by its cover because this hotel provides you what you need without the frills/extras.
The hotel is easy to spot off of I-80 and is next to a Subway restaurant. You are right at the exit for easy access to highway 130 and a beautiful drive into Medicine Bow National Forest.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing Adams St/parking lot to avoid I-80 noise

Was on the road driving - needed to crash for a night - the choice was between Cheyenne and Laramie - Laramie was way cheaper. Hotel was okay - located just off the freeway next to Subway. Limited parking. We got a Non Smoking room - shower water pressure was good - clean towels. If you are light sleeper you can hear the traffic on the freeway. Little or No service from the front desk. We needed a place to sleep and a nice warm shower in the morning - this served the purpose.

Room Tip: Cheaper than hotels in Cheyenne WY

Had a good stay: clean comfy beds, pool and hot tub were nice, bfast was well stocked, with variety of items. Wish they had gluten free options (other than “no breads, just eat eggs”). Friendly staff!
