Well, It's just delicious!!! Enough said. I have had so many different things on this menu and they have all been totally mouth watering. The Wimatoe Pizza (not sure of the spelling) is fabulous, New York Strip is succulently juicy, Pasta dishes are always well done and the fish is exquisite! Great Service. Sooooo...Enough Said! Just GO and Enjoy!!!

This restaurant is generally considered the best restaurant in town. it is expensive and the food is good but probably a bit overpriced (but this is Jackson Hole). it was a nice break. I wouldn't rate the greeting and service as particularly friendly, i guess they don't need to be. i had a pork dish and a potato pancake/smoked salmon appetizer ( very good but too much for one person). reservations are a must.

This wasn't my first visit to SRG, I return regularly when visiting Jackson. The reservation was made well in advance, 6pm was all they would provide. For that we were seated at a table in front of the kitchen door. My crew hurried in from Yellowstone to make the date. All orders in, wonderful food, the server was pushy and so attentive it felt as if the whole experience was intend to ensure an open table for the next party. No time between courses, the waiter returned to the table every 3 minutes to get the order. Super obnoxious for a dining experience at the SRG price point. But the chef did it right and thats why I go.

After some technical difficulties with OpenTable on a last minute attempt to make reservations (as preferred by SRG), we just showed up and "wait-listed" with a later reservation than we really preferred and then ended up being seated far earlier than expected, fortunately for us. What a meal! After 11 days on the road, eating a range of road food from gets-the-job-done to mid-range cuisine, it was time to splurge on a memorable, relaxed, multi-course feast, and we got everything we bargained for. The atmosphere is busy. Even on a wet night it was packed with people from casual friends to wedding parties. The service was friendly and perfectly paced. We never felt rushed or ignored. The best part, of course, is that our dinner was absolutely delicious, from starters to dessert. I must recommend the pork shank. Truly a road trip highlight!

Went to dinner with another couple. The onion rings were outstanding but the pork shank was soaked in BBQ sauce and the Tuna was tainted. We sent back about half the meal.
