I love juniper! It has a great ambiance, fun staff, and always seems to have great events going on. The food is great, and the drinks are even better! I recommend this place to everyone I know because it's just that great!

Because our stay at this lovely upstairs "apartment" was so wonderful in July, we came back without thinking twice. Beautifully appointed, well stocked, conveniently located (especially to enjoy the great bar and lovely bar patio downstairs), the Juniper is the perfect place to stay in Cody. Everything you need for two days or two weeks is at your fingertips in a tastefully decorated and spacious two-bedroom suite. We were told that noise might be an issue, but even my picky husband said it was no problem at all. We could walk to any restaurant or shop in town, and best of all start or end the evening at the popular gathering spot downstairs. A real find and great alternative to the sterile Holiday Inns of the world. We booked through Airbnb.

We flew into Cody and just as we did an early winter storm came in and lasted all week. We tried driving out of town once, but as soon as we gained some elevation, we were in the clouds and couldn't see anything.
So we spent all of our time in town. We enjoy a cigar and Juniper has a nice smoking room down stairs, and we met many nice locals.
The food was great: Tomato Bisque, Bruschetta, and Haystack salad were all very tasty and fairly priced. Great selection of liquors and wines, at every price point. To top it all off, the proprietors are friendly, gracious and ensure a good time. Nice outdoor area in nice weather too!
The Juniper is awesome!

Came here to Juniper for live music on a Saturday night. Service is attentive and friendly. Seating is comfortable, especially given how small the space is. All kinds of drinks available, bar snacks too. Also a liquor store during business hours. Worth checking out.

Juniper is warm and welcoming. Michele, the owner, is an exceptional hostess and will make you feel right at home. The rest of the staff are super friendly and the plates are some of the best in Cody, if you like seasonal, local, and fresh. We've been dropping by every year since they opened as we travel between Yellowstone and Red Lodge.
