Front desk gals were not friendly went through all the "You cant do this or" and was very vanilla reading off all list of things you cant do. No smoking no pets go to this bldg. for breakfast we share pool with Holiday INN. yada yada. Room was just average no refrigerator or microwave.

Checked in by Dayna and Tamara. Convenient to the centre of the town of Cody, and close to several eateries and take-aways, this hotel is part of a complex of hotels and cabins comprising the Buffalo Bill Resort. Our room was on the upper floor (as requested) in the second building, with two queen beds, table and two comfortable chairs, TV. Wifi signal was too weak to be useful. A combination fridge and microwave were provided upon request. A convenient and comfortable location.

Situated on a busy road junction our room was not quiet so ear plugs were required for a good nights sleep. The room was of a reasonable size and it was nice for us to have a proper shower rather than a shower over a tub. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not sure about the canteen style breakfast room 75 yards away from the hotel although the breakfast was above average. Parking appeared to be an issue. We did not use the pool but it was quite busy as it was shared with all of the other hotels on the complex.

The rooms were clean. The staff was cordial. Just a mile from Cody's Buffalo Bill Western Museum. This motel had breakfast, however one had to go to another building in the summer as the breakfast area in the hotel was not large enough. Would stay there again.

Hello Barbara,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent trip to Cody Wyoming. We are please that you stayed with us at the Comfort Inn at the Buffalo Bill Village Resort. The Buffalo Bill Center of the West is a must see for anyone coming to Cody. My favorite portion is the Draper Museum of Natural History. You could spend days at the Museum, and still not see everything, their collections on display are fantastic! We look forward to having you stay with us on your next visit to Cody!

This was an overnight stop for us after leaving Yellowstone. The closeness to that very popular park means there are a lot of places to stay, all of them overpriced, so our rate at this hotel was actually reasonable by comparison. We tried to book at the Holiday Inn next door, but they were sold out...the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn share a lot of facilities like the pool (it's at the Holiday Inn) and the breakfast room, which is a walk through the Holiday Inn parking lot into a gift shop and then into a dining area...funky, but fun and food was fine.
I can't say that I would stay here again if I were going through Cody. Room was okay, upstairs in an annex building behind the main building with stairs and no elevator, but the bathroom in our room was excellent, particularly the shower. If the rest of the room had been at that level, our review would have reflected that, but it didn't and we were right by an outside staircase that had a security door that didn't work at all, which left us a bit uncomfortable.
Bottom line...it was okay, but if you can get a deal at another place, you won't be missing anything.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the back of the main building will be quieter...and any of the rooms in the annex behind the main building will be quiet too.
