We stayed Christmas Eve after spending time with family. (1st floor, near the office)
It seems as though the rooms used to all exit to the outdoors, but an enclosure was added on at some point so they are all 'inside' now. Odd but not a big deal.
The room was "rustic"; there was lots of wood & trim, which is a bit outdated, but it was clean, and for the most part in good repair. Bed & pillows were very comfortable.
Staff: evening guy was great; morning girl was polite but seemed tired.
Breakfast was the norm, except that the pastries & yogurt were from the Polish (?) restaurant next door - that yogurt was amazing! It was plain (which I eat anyway) but brown sugar, granola, raisins, etc, was available to top it with.
We don't need anything fancy, just a clean room at a decent rate. That's what we got here.More
