Front desk people act like your bothering them. Not welcoming .To ignorant to answer a question. And I didn't even stay the second nite and the rude snobby manager refused to refund my money. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

Not sure what the place was like before, but there’s still room for much improvement. As a “service industry “ I felt no welcome, from either the desk or any staff, including the woman working the the breakfast buffet. Speaking of breakfast it was not bad but highly unorganized. Would I go back.....no!

Nice remodel job. But hallways are loud door slamming throughout the night. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Gotta remember to get a players card for discounts on the hotel. Shuttles to the casino work good

In the process of a nice remodel ! The lobby now has a lot more open space and a nice area for the staff to work. Stayed in one of the finished rooms and it was very nice ! New furniture, carpeting, paint, etc. Hopefully people will respect all the work that is being done and take care of it .

Room Tip: Yes, the hotel is not "connected" to the casino, but it is a quick shuttle ride over.

Had a coupon for a free room-used it on a the Saturday night before Christmas. The Hotel was in the process of a pretty major remodeling job-which they did a very nice job with. Had a two queen (standard room) that now consisted up new/upgraded furniture, a microwave & refrigerator (which weren't in their standard rooms prior to the remodel) new sink and lighting, and new bed linens. They are also in the process of remodeling their entry way, and breakfast area as well... am eager to see what it all looks like when completed. Spent time in the pool & Hot Tub, which were both very nice. Enjoyed the "Border Battle" Party in the Event Center in the Casino, and even won some $$. The only negative thing I can say is... prior to the hotel remodel, I ALWAYS got free rooms for any night of the week, it was never just Sun-Thursday. Funny thing, I just got January/February's mailer in the mail, and now my free rooms are restricted to just Sunday-Thursday. So am I safe to assume the prices of the rooms are going up due to the remodel- and now they are restricting people to only Sun-Thursdays for free rooms?? I wouldn't call myself a "regular" there at the casino, but I've definitely left my share of money, and have a good chunk of points, and just find it ironic, that now, since the remodel, my "comp" rooms are restricted to Sun-Thur. That, is the only complaint I have.

Room Tip: Choose a room on the 3rd floor for less noise
