We stayed here for 2 nights and it was just wonderful, the former stable was decorated so tastefully and the honesty bar along with fresh bread, eggs, nibbles and cereals were all there to welcome you. Fiona was a fabulous host and we even got time for a quick dip in her pool. If you are thinking about booking, then just do it, you won't regret it.
We stayed in The Old Dairy cottage for 2 nights and had the most unbelievable time. The cottage is absolutely beautiful in such a relaxing environment. The fresh bread, eggs, coffee, toilettries and honesty bar were such great touches which made it complete luxury!
It was such a special place - we are hoping to make this an annual retreat!
A beautiful little cottage tastefully restored and furnished with a warm, homely and traditional upmarket feel. We only spent one night and wish it were longer. The cottage is in a beautiful country setting in very convenient close proximity to Cambridge. We had a lovely stay, were made to feel incredibly welcome by housekeeper Judit along with a few nice home comforts provided at the honesty bar. We will be back.
Absolutely beautiful cottages and surroundings. Would strongly recommend for a couples getaway, wish we could have stayed longer.
Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights (weekend) and we cannot fault anything during our stay!!
As you arrive to the stunning grounds of Eye Hall you straight away sense the beauty of it with a real feeling of the countryside yet being so well located to Cambridge central which is a short drive / taxi away. Fiona made us feel very welcome.
We stayed in The Old Dairy which had one of the most amazing interiors we had seen (to the point we have taken inspiration from it!), it was spacious yet cosy and is everything you want in a little cottage. Fiona's attention to detail is second to none and you cannot help but be taken back. The views out to the grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to meet one of the horses on the farm.
We had a perfect weekend, and will be planning our return in 2018!
