Hosts, Nicole & Scott are wonderful and welcoming. Beautiful old home converted into 5 inviting room. We stayed in Belle - which was very comfortable. Huge soaking tub very nice. The curtain (vs. door) across the entry to the water closet/shower stall lacked privacy for those that are modest.

Sunroom has nice chairs to sit and read. We arrived during rain storm, so my normal front porch sitting was a little wet!

Parking was off road & convenient. Walking to downtown easy access - and umbrellas available!!

Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Ham & Cheese Soufflé, Sausage, Banana Fosters Waffles & yogurt, fruit along with homemade granola- all tasty & delicious!

Highly recommend this B&B.

This is the second time we've stayed at Brayton B&B. Nicole and Scott are very welcoming inn keepers; the atmosphere is serene and calming. The rooms are lovely and the furnishings are superb, and the breakfast---YUM.

The B&B is located close to downtown, so you can walk to dinner.

We are planning another visit in early fall and looking forward to it!

Room Tip: There are two floors, offering rooms.

We stayed here for a wedding we attended in the area. Lovely B & B --- We have stayed in many B & B's and have never stayed in one with the key less entry. We understand efficiency, but there is nothing like a personal greeting, just our personal preference. Our room was small but very nicely decorated, provided a nice sitting area, very comfy bed with mattress warming, plush robes, full bathroom and TV. Wonderful hosts, delicious breakfast with fun conversation, laughter and a laid back vibe. Accommodating hosts willing to provide local info, suggestions, take photos, make you a light breakfast when that was all that was needed, and take photos.

I am so happy I stayed at this wonderful B&B during my recent work trip to Oshkosh. Nicole and Scott, the hosts, are thoughtful, kind, and took great care of me. The breakfasts were delicious and the evening treats were a wonderful surprise. Nicole went out of her way to meet my specific request for an exercise alternative (since it was freezing outside!). The home is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great, central location. I highly recommend this B&B.

Three girlfriends spent a long weekend in Oshkosh for a friend's birthday nearby- Brayton Bed and Breakfast was the perfect base for us - ideal accommodations in the two bedroom Casa suite- lots of room in which to relax and a spacious bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated. Nicole and Scott are the ultimate hosts. Greeting us warmly, offering wine and nibbles in the evening and leaving delicious desserts for a nightcap. Amazing choices of delicious breakfasts each morning- our hosts making sure to take into account our individual needs - vegetarian food, decaf coffee etc., Returning "home" in the evening was always a pleasure allowing us time to relax and enjoy the sitting room, a glass of wine or coffee and the music selected by Nicole. A lovely home away from home. I would definitely return next time I am in the area!

Room Tip: All the rooms were beautifully appointed, the suite was ideal for 3 or more friends traveling together.
