We stopped in for pastries mid morning. A quiet little spot to enjoy a mid-morning treat. We spent some time exploring the area, then returned for sandwiches later. The muffaletta sandwich and grilled cheese were both excellent. We admired all the beautiful sweets too.

Took our friends to the chocolate shop, another place I didn’t know about. Such a cute little candy shop. They have a few tables and offer food and drink as well as chocolates and candy.

They have a really great selection of their own hot chocolate mix. Which we both bought. They have hot Chocolate based on different nationalities. We both purchased the Italian hot chocolate with orange zest. Next time I will try the German with gingerbread and the Norwegian with peppermint. The way they are packaged they would also make a wonderful gift.

Couldn’t wait to get home and try some that night. Mmmmmmm it was very Chocolate’y.

This place was recommended by our daughter. We wanted a enjoy a coffee and pastry.
Three of us walked in - no greeting from three employees behind the counter (two talking with each other and the third looking at her cell phone). Looking at the pastry case at least 3 minutes, no response, no one asking if we needed help or had any questions...Finally we said, "excuse me" and asked about two of the cake options. One girl said, "I have no idea what that is or what is inside of it." She stood there blankly, with the other two and then somewhat reluctantly went into the back to ask someone (?). We received a lackluster reply and didn't feel comfortable asking anything else. I wouldn't even purchase a coffee from here. Terrible customer service and sorry we bothered them by coming in and daring to ask a question about the cake contents. Very, very disappointing. Very rude. We get a warmer welcome at any Dunkin' Donuts! NOt recommended.

Breakfast or lunch, this is the perfect place to meet with a friend and have plenty of time to visit. There is a lot more seating than meets the eye, so don't give up if the front is full there is more in the back. Not for someone who is in a hurry, but the perfect place for someone who wants to stop and smell the chocolate!

Great selection of small batch chocolates from their factory and other sources. Baked goods, lunches as well.

Our group started at the factory east of town. For $5 you get a tour and a tasting. Highly recommend this as a way to learn about the chocolate making process, this family run business and being exposed to different tastes.

Their Mongolian chocolate is not to be missed.
