From reviews I had read, the Log Cabin Deli sounded like a good place to stop for lunch. We weren't disappointed in the least. There were lots of sandwich choices. The day we stopped the special was a Cuban. We decided on a BLT and chicken salad. Both were delicious and came on a tasty Italian sub bun with a pickle on the side. The sandwiches were large enough that we could have easily split one between us. The restaurant is extremely clean and we found the staff to be helpful. I was amazed at the variety of cheeses that they offer. I also noticed that their meats are top of the line including Usinger sausages. The restaurant is easy to find - right on the main street. We would definitely stop there again.

Lasagna special was very good, lots of choices for cheese and meats. Also great liquor store next to it with good beer and wine inventory. Also found some great scotch.

As we were traveling through Wisconsin I was looking for something different and we found it. We didn't have to drive very far off of the interstate to find it either. This adorable little deli was big on variety and flavor. They are open on Monday through Friday's from 8-6 and Saturday and Sunday's from 9-5. Upon entering we were greeted by the owner. She was very friendly and professional. She told us about their daily specials. I noticed they had a large variety of cheese and sandwich meats to choose from. They had hot and cold sandwiches with your option of multigrain or French bread for subs. There was a section of gourmet gifts to choose from too. They also offered gluten free options. Hubby decided on one of the daily specials. He chose the lasagna. It came with his choice of a salad and a bread roll. This particular day the salad options were potato salad, coleslaw, macaroni salad, and pasta salad. He decided on the pasta salad. I chose a half smoked turkey sandwich with pasta salad. Soup could have been an option but I went for the salad. Brocolli and cheese soup was the soup of the day. We were both very pleased with our selections. My turkey sandwich came on a wonderful fresh French bread roll. It was so much better than the subs from chain stores. Hubby was very pleased with his lasagna. It was a nice serving and was hot, fresh, and had great flavor. We both were impressed with the pasta salad. It was outstanding. It was a corkscrew pasta with lots of goodies. We have never had one that had diced salami and cheese in it too. It was one of the best pasta salads we have ever eaten. Everything was very good. It was one of the cleanest restaurants we had visited in a while. Also, the lasagna lunch special was only $7.99, what a deal! I couldn't understand why this place does not have more reviews since its been in business for five years and it only had three reviews prior to mine. Come on folks, you are missing out. Give Log Cabin Deli a try!

We stopped in here to get some cheese curds. $25 later we had those plus wonderful amish cheese, fancy olives, condiments, etc. Employee slicing our cheese thoroughly cleaned the slicer before cutting our cheese. Menu looked amazing and we would have eaten if it was closer to lunchtime!
