We were unfortunate enough to need to be in town for a family event the same weekend that Billy Joel was giving a concert. Talk about jacked-up room prices!! $300+ for ONE NIGHT! What a rip-off! But it was the only room we could find so we took it. The woman at the front desk (Julie) is a huge asset to your hotel....terrific service and extremely nice. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast but everything was kept full. The room for the food could be larger though. No way to get thru without your food getting cold waiting for others to move along. Beds were OK and room was clean.

Nice hotel in quiet area. There are many new developments in the area so it appears this is an up and coming part of Green Bay. The hotel and rooms are very nice. This hotel painted all the doors a chocolate brown which looks really nice and rich but shows luggage cart and maid cart rub marks on every door throughout the hotel. It makes the hotel look beat up or run down already but the hotel is really a nice newer hotel.

However, the pool area is a little lacking. This hotel built a huge addition for the pool area but put in tiny pools. The room feels too big for the pools. The toddler pool is nice with the frog slide but the other pool is really small and only about 5ft deep in the far corner. I guess it is good for children up to 12 but not much area to swim. The hot tub was really nice for adults, I would say they did a pretty good job on that part.

Overall the hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very similar to other hotels with choice of eggs, sausage and a machine that makes pancakes on demand.

It is a good 2nd option if all other hotels are booked full which was the case this weekend with our favorite hotel across town.

we were in town for the Billy Joel concert and they jacked the room prices up to $300.00 for a king and I thought that was crummy...and the fact that for the volume of people at the hotel for the concert (rooms were sold out) they wouldn't even offer a shuttle to the concert. BOOOO!!

Breakfast was your typical generic food items but the gals did a good job of keeping it all full and hot.

Bed a bit soft with a valley in the middle. Might be time to replace.

Big blob of something brown under the sink that the maid missed? Almost looked like snuff from a previous guest?? I didn't want to wonder what it "might" be.

Liked the Keruig in the room. Two bottles of water to use with it would have been nice tho. The gal working when we checked in Saturday night was friendly and nice.

We only stayed one night but I've got no complaints. The room was clean and big and so was the bathroom! When we checked in my husband asked them if they had any suggestions of a pizza place that delivered. They gave us coupons to several and recommend a family owned place that we ordered from (which was amazing by the way) the pool area is on the small side but was nice and clean. It has a great kids area and a nice hot tub as well as pool that isn't huge but big enough to enjoy. The rooms were quiet and dark and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was alright too. Not the best but you had plenty of options including some healthy ones too. For being a Continental breakfast it wasn't bad. The grounds of the Holiday Inn were well kept. I would stay again and I have recommended it to others.
