Our group had a pre-paid lunch in one of the Fireside restaurant dining rooms, before the matinee show. The restaurant - very big and spacious - has several dining rooms, and it offers various seating options (for individuals, as well as for small and big groups). There is also a very spacious, dim-lighted and rather cozy-looking bar area, below the fireside in the lobby. The restaurant, as well as the whole venue is now beautifully decorated for holidays.
We were seated at the tables very promptly, as we came in at the scheduled time. The lunch included mushroom soup, sauteed chicken for the main course , tea/coffee and dessert. Our whole table agreed that the best part of lunch was the soup (hot and yummy!), the bread (warm, crispy and double yummy!), and some of us also liked dessert and enjoyed their drinks. I am not big on either, so no particular comments on that. Chicken was a bit dry, for some reason.
The service was very cordial and attentive. Servers were all politeness and smiles.
The whole facility was very busy with shoppers . After lunch, I bought a couple loaves of that delicious bread - Cinnamon Raisin and Seven Grain Maple Walnut, there were many other shops to go to (gifts, souvenirs, holiday decorations, etc) ... and then it was time to see the show!
