The staff are very friendly - the property is beautifully restored with lots of charm - the breakfast was amazing. If you don't mind creaky floors and the rustic atmosphere, and you appreciate the antique ambiance, this is the place to stay. Parking was so easy in the crowded downtown area - it's in a perfect location to get to everything. Thank you.

Stayed one night to attend the Sunday flea market. Our room was very nice with two queen beds, but was small; not much room for bags, and although there were two arm chairs provided, one was in a corner, and one awkwardly placed between the two beds. Aside from that, the property is beautiful. The evening social is wonderful, with a very large selection of wine. And the morning breakfast is more than continental-it was outstanding. Simply delicious. The location is very convenient to downtown, and aside from the downtown shops, there is a Kohl's, Dick's sporting goods, Michael's, and a Meijer store.

Great rooms, beds, space, hot tubs, breakfast, and evening social. Service is excellent. Well worth the stay and especially for the festivals that Cedarburg has about every month from April thru October. We attended the Wine Harvest Festival which provides 2 days full of great experiences in food, drink, vendors, entertainment, and dancing.

Room Tip: Edward Blank RM#104 or Fred Asche RM#212 rooms are our favorites. RM#104 has private entrance and exit without having to go thru the Inn.

Our queen room for two was perfect. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was more then expected. Very good and homemade. Great location and just steps to shops. Don't miss the ice cream and candy shops next door. Dipped caramel apples were delish. Staff was very accommodating and called for us to have dinner at the Farmstead restaurant without a wait.
Parking is behind the Inn and has sufficient spaces.

The inn is located right on the Main Street in Cedarburg WI. which makes the town walkable. The inn itself is very nice, true to one's image of an old home. Each bedroom is configured differently, so be sure to ask questions when booking. We had a large room with a sitting area, but the other two couples had very small rooms with just the bed. Prices vary. There is a large dining area for gathering. Wine and cheese is served at 5 pm, and an extended continental breakfast is available. The inn staff is very helpful and readily available. The town is cute, kitschy shops and can easily be explored in an overnight stay. Check your dates-- apparently there are numerous festivals throughout the year.
