Emperor's Kitchen offers a smaller selection that most Chinese buffets, but I would argue that it also offers a better quality food than most. The buffet there is only available at lunch (11AM - 2 PM) Monday through Saturday, and changes daily. We usually go on Thursday, which has, among other things: hot & sour soup, moo shu pork, General Tso's chicken, pepper chicken, house fried rice, singapore noodles, crab rangoon, sweet and sour chicken, and egg foo young with gravy. If you get hot tea, it is included in the price of your meal. The food is very good, always hot, and readily available. While I can't eat like I used to, I never have to eat for the rest of the day after going for lunch. The price is a mere $7.95. A great deal for very good Chinese food.
