I am sorry you had difficulty finding us , did you ring and get directions ? I always direct people to the school which is easy to find and has worked well so far. We avoid putting signs up as part of the magic of the farm is its peace and quiet , we don t want to attract people who are driving through but rather keep it extra special for the people specifically visiting us . Apologies again , Emma

Visited in August 2015 with 5 children and one teenager. Stayed in the Cabin while some of the children camped. The facilities are brilliant, the Cabin and kitchen are spotlessly clean and the owner Emma has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable, board games, torches, extra blankets etc. The setting is surreal. The farm walk is stunning with a beautiful waterfall enroute. Emma showed us around and we got to feed the rabbits and alpacas and learn a little about the alpacas. The highlight of the visit was the alpaca walk. Each of the children were given a turn to lead the alpacas and they loved it. They also enjoyed playing with the dogs, feeding the hens who wandered about and making friends with the sheep and the cats. There's a lovely stream nearby that the children swan in as due to the heavy rain before our visit the current at the waterfall was too strong. Emma and her husband couldn't have been more helpful and we were sorry to leave after two nights. Definitely worth a visit.

I spotted the alpaca farm during the winter online and have been excited to go since then ... Myself and my friend took 3 children 6mths , 2 and 6 to visit the farm and none of us were disappointed it was superb !
We were given directions from drimolegue and met by Emma on arrival. There was no rush at all ... we met the sheep the rabbits and one paddock of alpacas learning more about them and feeding them too .
Animal welfare was top notch all animals are very happy and healthy !
Emma's husband then joined us to head collar up two beautiful alpacas and join us on the walk which was simply magical and breathtaking in places .
The company , the alpacas and the scenery were all splendid and we enjoyed every second of it :-)

You are made feel so welcome at waterfall alpaca farm and the animals are a credit to Emma and Markus , the walkways are magical and the waterfall is stunning .

If you only do one activity this summer in west cork make sure it's a trip to waterfall alpaca farm I'll certainly be making another trip soon

Will come back for the alpaca walk, 30 euros but seeing as it supports a great place I don't mind the fee. It's nice to visit a farm with the interest of the animal's welfare being in focus. Absolutely beautiful surroundings.
