We have occasion for the need to eat in Baraboo once in awhile, and since it was only 11 a.m., we decided to hit a coffee shop. Someone at our daughter's dorm suggested this place. Easy to get to on the square. Outdoor seating. The coffee was excellent. We ordered muffins. Delicious. Loved the coffee so much we ordered more and so decided to have lunch. Mostly because the food in the glass case looked so fresh and inviting. I ordered tuna sandwich on gluten-free bread, and for once the bread tasted like regular bread -- moist. This was probably one of the better tuna sandwiches I've ever had. My husband ordered a paninni and was pleased as well. The side included chips and salsa and that salsa could not have been the store-bought kind. Too many fresh and real ingredients. No cheap ingredients here. Service was very quick. Judging by the numerous take-out orders, this place is probably doing pretty good and gaining a good reputation. We'll definitely be back.

Great location on the square. Sign included 'deli.' It is a coffee shop with big bread sandwiches, small amount of meat, Clio disappointed with the pesto, and the potato salad was all looks. Coulda been, shoulda, wasn't

Excellent dinner and service, try out the patio upstairs. Try the boneless beef ribs so good. Apps are also worth a look.

We ate downstairs in the Cellar Speakeasy and had amazing meals and really enjoyed the charming artsy setting. My wife and I shared the wild mushroom flatbread and truffle fries plates and both were amazingly delicious, especially the fries. The menu items are called "small plate" and at first that made us wonder if we would get enough food but were reassured by the super pleasant server that the servings are nearly entree size and that a third plate might be too much to eat; we probably could have eaten a third item but wouldn't have had room for desert. We learned they do live music once or twice a month so we are eager to go again for amazing food and to see what their music scene is like. The only problem will be deciding whether to try something new or order the truffle fries again.

This is a Gem of a place, discovered on a Sat.night after dinning at another downtown establishment. There was a speakeasy going on, great music, great atmosphere. Excellent service. Can't wait to go back.
