“Cottage Paradise”
Reviewed 23 October 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Just leaving after a fabulous six week stay at Bluebell Cottage. Ideally located in the heart of the Cotswolds, this is the ideal base to explore the areas multitude of picture postcard villages, pubs and country houses. Alternately there are endless country walks starting outside the front door and the local pub and coffee shop are both outstanding with excellent meals at the former. The cottage is well equipped and a cozy getaway with open fire and all that is needed for a short or long stay for up to four people. Cannot recommend it highly enough, we will be back!

“An amazing place!”
Reviewed 6 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Having travelled from the North East, it was well worth the long journey to stay in such a picturesque place. The cottage and the location are just amazing. Lovely and peaceful setting within striking distance of Oxford. During our stay visited both Oxford to visit the collages and Highclere Castle. The rest of the time spent exploring the local area which was quite breath taking.

“Heaps of charm!”
Reviewed 26 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We rented this gorgeous thatched cottage in Great Tew for one week. It is picture perfect with the local Pub 'falkland arms" down the street (I did review on trip advisor). Compact kitchen with all the necessities, cosy living/dining area with open fireplace. Upstairs 3 small bedrooms, 1 single 2 double and one family bathroom. 5 nights would be the perfect stay as it's small. Lovely bottle of wine and flowers on arrival.

“Perfect cottage”

My wife and I booked this cottage for a 4 day break. Outside it is an old stone cottage, part of a row of 5, with a thatched roof, very pretty. Inside it has been modernized without losing its character and has all mod cons. with everything you need for a short or long stay. It was perfectly clean and well presented with good quality linen and fittings. We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay here and will almost certainly return. The village is small and quaint, with one shop - open occasionally - and an old village pub.

“Beautiful, Peaceful Location”
Reviewed 13 March 2014 for a stay in March 2014

Beautiful cottage, well furnished - felt like a treat to stay there. Great village with bags of character. Some good walks in all directions, heading from the cottage. A very peaceful location, felt like a world away from the rat-race! Good food and drinks at the Falkland Arms.
