This was a very clean place, looked newly remodeled, and most of the staff was super friendly at this drive up to your door(which we LOVE) motel. Nice continental breakfast with coffee, juice, danishes, muffins, fruit etc. Would definitely recommend!

Neglected to tell us about the helicopter 200 ft away that takes off in the morning.I would say not bad for the price, but I think it was a bit high. It was clean, beds were good, strange long narrow bath, no tub. Good tv ,seemed remodeled for the most.Limited, very basic breakfast choices. O.k. for a night. Friendly staff.

Room Tip: Stay in back, unless you see helicopters

Breakfast consists of pre-packaged Pop Tarts, muffins, doughnuts, danish. They also have coffee & bananas. Internet was either down or so slow as to be dead for over 24 hrs. Rooms are dated but clean, bathrooms appear to have been recently remodeled. There is a Wal Mart right up the road & plenty of local places to eat nearby.

Room Tip: A lot of noise from traffic passing by, I would try to get something in the rear away from the road.

We were driving home to Chicago, from our vacation in Virginia and got stuck in West Virginia in a recent snow storm. We decided to stop at the next available town because we had very poor visibility. We stopped in Buckhannon, West Virginia. The first motel we came too was Centennial Motel. We got a newly renovated room. But it had a musty smell, I imagine because it hasn't been used in a while. The room was very spacious. It just had a musty and damp smell/feel to it. They had a great continental breakfast. We paid a pretty penny for the room too. Especially since it was a last minute reservation. We usually use Priceline.

I would not have stayed here if I was just looking for a place to stay while on vacation. But in a pinch, it was a nice place to find refuge in a storm.

Room Tip: Just try to get a room that has been aired out.
