The fine, relaxed dining at Birchfield Manor is reminiscient of Provence and fine dining in the south of France. The meal was delicious, the portions small, and the ambience relaxed and friendly. Personally, the salmon in a crust was a wonderful Pacific Northwest choice of a meal. The chocolate crème brûlée was amazing.
