My fiance booked our stay here for my birthday weekend, He is so amazing like that, we arrived early to town so we called and spoke with Karen and she accommodated our early arrival, When we arrived I was first over joyed that it was on Love Lane super perfect for this stunning location! When we walked into the Mansion it was gorgeous, Karen greeted us and showed us around this immaculate mansion and I was speechless it was just so beautiful. We then met Ludger as he was making our Anti-pasta tray we ordered for our evening stay, it was delicious! We were then taken to our room and I just loved the view from there with the river flowing and the beautiful landscape, it was just gorgeous! We settled in and then walked around the property, sat under the gazebo and that is when we met Julie she came over and said hello and introduced herself! I have to say I was overly impressed by how Karen,Ludger and Julie were all so friendly and how all 3 made our stay so pleasant! The next morning we went up to the Mansion for breakfast and wow what an amazing breakfast we had it was delicious! Definitely compliments to the chef! I felt like I was family staying here our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! We definitely will be back for a visit and possibly even plan our wedding here! Thank you Karen, Ludger and Julie for your hospitality your all amazing people so glad we got to hang out and get to know you all! Oh btw our family loved all the pictures we took there and are super excited about the talk of possibly having our wedding there!

Hi Leslie & Stephen:
Thank you SO MUCH for writing such a nice review, and better yet, for coming to stay here to relax during your birthday celebration. It was really a pleasure to have you both here and we all enjoyed the short time we were able to spend together. Glad you liked your room and some of those delicious Mimosas and antipasta snacks.
We certainly would be honored to have you come visit us again - and absolutely would love to help you plan your wedding at Warm Springs Inn! Please stop in anytime you are even driving through Chelan County.
With gratitude,
Julie, Ludger & Karen

First off it said there was a bath tub in our room and there wasn't. They did nothing to accommodate that.
Then the shower was just horrible. Either ice cold or blistering hot and the water pressure was so low that after 30 minutes I eventually gave up and used the sink water to rinse.
There is a 2 hour timeframe for breakfast but it takes so long to get your food that you end up being there for an hour just trying to eat. It's good food but I'm not sure it's worth that wait.
The walls are super thin so you hear all the conversations going on in the hallway by your room.
Also, there is a train that goes by like 5 times during the night and it blows it's horn every time it goes by regardless of time. If you're a light sleeper then this is not the place for you.
I don't know that we will be coming back. It was very expensive and not really worth it.

Dear Suzanna & Nick:
We are so sorry your stay here was less than satisfactory. Unfortunately Booking.com had incorrect information about not having a tub in your full bath. (The site was immediately changed). And we immediately offered you a full refund if you wanted to leave. When you were shown the hot tub, which you used daily, you said you'd be happy with that. (If we hadn't been full that weekend, we would have gladly moved you to another room.)
We had no idea about the water pressure issue as the rest of the house was OK. We have now replaced the water pump just to be safe. Hallway conversations are rare, but we are sorry they disturbed you as well as the train, which of course, we can't help. We try to warn folks about it as it is across the river in the distance. Many say they find the train enjoyable
Breakfasts are purposely leisurely, especially on Sunday mornings, when we serve Dutch Babies which take 15 extra minutes. Of course, we always hurry up when requested, people are on a tight schedule or want to get on the road.
We would like to offer you return stay for a better experience in a different room with a tub and different ambiance, at anytime this summer. Please call to schedule that with us anytime as it's very important for you to feel like you got your money's worth on a nice weekend away. Again, we are sorry you have that memory of our Inn - please give us the opportunity to change that.
Sincerely,
Julie & Ludger Szmania

If you are looking for a comfortable B&B in Wenatchee, look no further than Warm Springs Inn! The hospitality is first class, the inn lovely and it is an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Breakfast is exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented. Hosts Julie and Ludger Szmania, are most welcoming and an excellent resource of information on Wenatchee and the surrounding area. Their estate grown wines are excellent.
When your travels take you to the Wenatchee area, make Warm Springs Inn your B&B of choice! Enjoy!

Dear Sharon:
Thank you so much for coming to stay at Warm Springs Inn while you were venturing into WA wine country! We really enjoyed meeting you, sharing some of our Brender Canyon wine and were even surprised to have PA people in common. Your review is most kind and appreciated. We are grateful for your recommendation. We hope you can return during an extended business or pleasure adventure anytime. Have a wonderful summer enjoying great wines from the PNW!
Warmest regards,

Warm Springs Inn is a hidden gem with a gorgeous view of the Wenatchee River and landscape. The guestrooms are clean, warm and inviting and the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I went there as a Valentine's celebration and Julie and Ludger were the perfect hosts who made us feel completely at home. We tasted their wines and were extremely impressed with their work. Julie told us about some great local places to eat and drink, so our evening turned out to be lots of fun. The icing on the cake was Ludger's 3-course delicious gourmet breakfast the next morning in the dining area with the lovely view. All in all a fantastic time at a great place. Don't miss it!

This is a very wonderful place with an even better location. Sweeping snowy mountains dominate the views along with a river right in the backyard. The service went above and beyond what was expected. The food and the inn itself were exquisite. Such a beautiful place for getaways, weddings and family trips. Definitely coming back!

Thank you very much for coming to stay with us over New Years! I'm really behind on my responses to reviews, so please forgive the delayed gratitude. We appreciate your staying at Warm Springs Inn and please come back and see us when it's hot and sunny. Sitting outside is even more amazing than the view from the windows!
Thanks again,
