My oldest daughter surprised me with lunch here. It was Queen's Tea. Our server was spectacular and so was the food.

From the food to the decor and the fabulous folks working there, there is nothing to disappoint in having a meal here. My mom and I had lunch there recently and honestly did not want to leave. The chowder and Reuben sandwich we had was fantastic! You are treated as if you are a longtime friend and having been coming here for years. We were very impressed and will definitely be going again soon to try more of their delicious offerings and this time will save room for dessert!!!

A group of 20 friends from the Lakewood YMCA went to the Olive Branch Café for lunch. They were able to accommodate us all in one area with a long line of tables pushed together. We were not a quiet group and men and women that laugh together and all wore fun hats.

The tables were beautifully set with antique dishware. Pretty centerpieces. The surroundings were incredible. Many antiques throughout the café. We felt privileged to be among so many treasures from the past.

The food was excellent. Many choices. Salads, soups, sandwiches and decadent desserts. A huge assortment of teas are available and brewed by the pot.

Several "teas" IE: queens tea, princess tea and I think high tea are offered if reservations are made in advance. I really want to try one. It beats having to go to Victoria, BC to go to high tea at the Empress Hotel.

We all agreed that this would be a destination to take out of towners. Or maybe not. This gem should be savored by the locals! No, actually, we'll share the wonderment of this locale with visitors.

From the moment you walk in to the Olive Branch Cafe, you will feel right at home. A beautiful tea room that looks like it’s been there for years. You will be greeted with a smile and a hug before you are even seated. The staff is so fun and friendly. Brian is the volunteer piano player is delightful. The portions are large and delicious and made in house daily. Terry the owner stopped by our table to great us and shared her story of how the business started. A wonderful experience!
