Food was very good, service was unfortunately inattentive and slow. At times seemed invisible to staff.

Mmmmm.....This was the 1st place my family and I stopped to eat when we visited Washington this month. We grabbed a table put on the patio and watched boats in the water as we ate. The food was spectacular! I ordered the delicious fish and chips--it was heavenly! Even the slaw on the side was really good! (I'm not usually a fan of coleslaw.) My sister in law ordered the pretzel and beer cheese fondue which was also amazing. I'd be here all the time if I lived in Tacoma.

Thank Amy B

Watched the M’s game while we chowed down on some burgers in bar. Buy one and second half off. Great deal as the bill was under $30 including tip. Of course we only had water for a beverage but the water was really GOOD!

We arrived on a weekend night when the patio was full, but the inside had about a dozen empty tables. After waiting ~20 minutes to order, we then were left for over an hour while we waited for our food. Other tables came, ate and left and we were still without food. Our server was apologetic, but that only goes so far when salads take ~40 minutes to come out. When the food did finally come out, a few of the orders were wrong and some of the food was cold. Again, our server was apologetic and tried to fix the errors that seemed to originate in the kitchen, but we were fed up. The manager came over after we asked to speak with him and he was nice enough, but seemed more interested in making excuses (we are full, it's busy, we hired a lot of new people, we're the only place that takes large parties) than anything else. The food wasn't great, the offer for a free dessert or two was nice and taking 10% off the check was appreciated, but arriving just after 6:30pm and not leaving until nearly 9pm is not how we wanted to spend our night.

Was visiting Tacoma for three weeks. The locals suggested The Ram. We dined there several times while visiting. Great food and service.
