Sterlings has been here a long time. They have great breakfasts. They've recently rebuilt the restaurant right next to the river - with a great view and the ability to sit outside.
They have a great buffet table with a lot of choices for soups and salads. Very well prepared and comprehensive in selections. The servers are mostly great - especially ones that have been Sterlings a long time. Sometimes, the newer ones need a bit more training - but if you mention it to the owners, they take care of it quickly.
I do wish they would get some gluten free items - like some kind of bread - or pasta. Several people have spoken to them about this - but for some reason they are reluctant to do anything to accommodate those people who can't have gluten. They almost seem rigid in this regard.
Other than the gluten free issue - Sterlings delivers a good, solid meal at reasonable to high prices.
