Delicious tapas (small plates) and fun atmosphere. The place is small and it's difficult to accommodate larger parties, so I would recommend going as a party of 2 or 4...anything larger should consider splitting up, especially on busy weekend nights.
We unintentionally ended up eating much later than we normally would, but it's light out much later here in Washington than it is at home. Arriving around 7:00pm on a Saturday, we were a party of 6, so there was obviously a wait for tables to to be pushed together. Totally understandable on a weekend. We went down the street to a bar and waited for them to call us when the table was ready. Not hearing from them and it's now after 8:00, we walked back to the restaurant and they were just setting our table. Again, understandable.
Service was friendly and prompt. Drinks ordered and delivered in under 3 minutes. Being a tapas bar, of course we just started ordering as soon as the server returned. Get some started, keep ordering as you go.

You MUST order the dates, this is non-negotiable, it was the crowd favourite. This is non-negotiable. Brussels were good, endive didn't wow us, everyone liked the cod fritters and the seabass skewers. Salmon mouse was mixed 50/50, no one cared for the ribs. The paella, while it tasted more like a jambalaya, was good. I feel like I didn't get any saffron and tastes like I would from a paella.
Overall, a great dinner and a place I will be going back to on my stays in Poulsbo.
