Mulligatawny soup, white pizza, authentic Caesar salad, marionberry pie. This cafe, reopened by the original owners of its first incarnation, The Tyler Street Coffeehouse, is, hands down, the best lunch in Port Townsend. Take it from a 40 year resident, this is the place!

The soups are all homemade and delicious. I've had the Mulligatawny soup, YUM!
The pizza is made to order so there is a short wait, but well worth it. The pizza has a thin crust and is delicious. On our first visit we shared a pizza and a salad and it was perfect. I've tried both the marionberry and peach pies, and give them both thumbs up! The pie is fresh with a crispy crust, and lots of filling, be sure to ask for it warmed up and topped with vanilla ice cream. If you are looking for a place with great food, try Hillbottom!

Love the pizza and the soup and the caesar salad is also good. Berry Pie for dessert is consistently good. If only the charm of the room and the very good food could be supported by adequate table service: 55 minutes for salad and pizza for two on our last visit and, no, the place was not crowded at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon.

I don't think it will disappoint you: the atmosphere is great, with a lovely original brick wall it made the classic jazz music feel perfect, and great, very attentive service.

We had a Caesar salad (good) and a pizza (very good), and ended up paying less than $30 all things included. We were completely full.

My fiancée had to come back the next day because they had run out of pie at dinner. She said it was to die for. Apparently, they run out of pie by 3ish, at least on the weekends.

We stopped in for a latte and were about to leave when the waitress mentioned they did not have flavoured coffees, ie. caramel latte, but then she added "but we have pie". She described them as baked fresh every day and it was there specialty. We decided to have a regular coffee and try the pie. This was by far the best pie I have ever had - we had pecan and every part of it was perfect - the crust, the filling, the crunchy pecan topping, and the mountain of whipped cream on the side. They also make great pizzas, soups etc., but if you go for nothing else - go for the pie!!!
