We can't say enough nice things about our stay at Roaring River! Peggy and Herschel are the most kind, charming hosts and really do everything they can to make sure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. We booked the Mountain Room, which was wonderfully spacious and private. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved having the little kitchenette! The room was stocked with plenty of plates, cups, silverware and most importantly, coffee!

Pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and secluded the property is. We gasped when we walked up to check in and saw the view of the river. It's absolutely beautiful and the constant roar of it is very soothing. If you're looking to really get away and feel like you're in the middle of nature, this is the place to be! There is a trail going down to the river, but it's definitely steep, so be careful! There are plenty of little spots to hang out and look at the river, but we most enjoyed the heated tea and coffee room, which had plenty of tea, coffee and snacks that you could help yourself to 24/7.

Peggy's breakfasts were super tasty. The first morning she made corn fritters with maple syrup and a side of berries and cream, and the second morning was a very hearty sausage and potato scramble with warm pastries on the side. They were both delicious and the perfect way to start the day. We loved the convenience and privacy of having Herschel drop the basket off in the morning! I joked with a friend that this B&B is like an introvert's dream, but it really is.

If you are a dorky Twin Peaks fan like I am, the B&B is pretty convenient to all of the filming locations you'd want to see, and is only 18 minutes away from Snoqualmie Falls and Salish Lodge (aka The Great Northern).

We will definitely be back!

Awesome spot right beside the river. Almost like a rain forest with all the trees. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Even the cat with the damage tail was friendly. We stayed in Herb’s place cabin very nice. Fully set up kitchen but the thing we really liked it was a beautiful fall day so we sat out on the deck. Just gorgeous. Breakfast was brought to our door in the morning. The breakfast was fruit and pancakes which was quite good. Parking was not right at the cabin but was just a short walk.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was only in the morning when we saw the great view over the river. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The couple that runs this B&B are delightful and take good care of their guests. The breakfast is just great with fresh juices, home made eggs, buns and scones. Absolutely delicious. Would recommend to talk down to the river - it is a nice and short track. Would stay here again.

This was a superb choice for my wife and I as we stayed here for an anniversary celebration. The location is secluded with a wonderful view of the river and mountains amidst the trees on the property. The owners were super friendly and maintain the property meticulously. We stayed in the Rock and Rose Room, which definitely had its own charm with a giant boulder in the room, and a great story as to why it was there. Having a sauna in the room also added to the whole experience. It was super quiet and very private, and in the morning we had a wonderful breakfast delivered to our room. The property is a little off the beaten path, but pretty close to the Snoqualmie Casino if you wish to step out for a bit on the night of your stay. My wife and I look forward to staying here again.

The Rock and Rose room is super cozy and cute. We loved it so much we order in pizza and stayed in enjoying the AMAZING views from our deck with a glass of wine.

Herschel and Peggy are the nicest. Dreaming to go back one day.....
