We ordered delivery from this restaurant via Amazon Restaurants. We received the food lightening fast in less than 35 minutes. Unfortunately the egg rolls were only lukewarm, and tested a little fishy? But the Generals and Kung pao were very tasty. Very good sized dinner portions. We will order from them again, just maybe not the egg rolls.

My wife and I recently moved to Lynnwood from Brooklyn, NY.
We've had the opportunity to try many, many fine (and some not so fine!) Chinese style restaurants over the years.
We found Taste of Sichuan reviewed here on Tripadvisor and decided to go for dinner.
We were heading West on 200th St. and actually passed the restaurant first time. They do have a sign, but it's easier to see if you're traveling East.
Anyway, we got to the place and really had to consider whether we wanted to go inside.
The building is a one-story, nondescript and windowless structure that looks like it may have once been a topless-bar. Small parking lot with two nice Chinese style columns, but still looks less than inviting.
We decided to trust the reviews we read and give it a fair try.
Once inside, it's a different place entirely. Very attractive & clean and neither overdone nor sparsely decorated.
We were seated immediately and offered tea, also brought to the table very quickly with the menus.
The menu is quite large and they make it clear that practically any dish may be customized to your taste re choice of protein. They will make your dish with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, fish, lamb or tofu/beancurd.
My wife is vegetarian and I am not, so it was nice to see a large selection of strictly vegetarian offerings as well.
We started with the dry beancurd in spicy sauce. This consists of bitesize strips of firm tofu with sesame seeds and a peppery/garlic oil sauce.
We had never encountered this dish before and really enjoyed it.
We also ordered the vegetable spring rolls which were also excellent.
Next came my wife's Kung Pao tofu and my admittedly safe choice of General Tso's Chicken.
Again, the dishes were exceptionally delicious.
Service was friendly and quick and the portions, as stated by other reviewers, are tremendous. We took home the leftovers and will feast at least once or twice again.
The restaurant really is 1000 times better than you'd think just looking at it from outside.
If you enjoy Chinese (particularly spicy Szechuan style) you really should give them a try.

we came here the other day for dinner. there was only one other table who was nearly finished. We ordered soup, appetizer and a couple of entree dishes. (we asked for it all to come out at one time - she said she understood, but clearly didn't). We got the appetizer and a dish first. We were expecting the soup to come out. Never did. The waitress didn't come back (to the only table to be served) for nearly 10 mins, so that we can ask for the soup. We were nearly done with the appetizer, soup, and first dish before the 2nd dish came out.

We came here because we saw their online menu which had several dishes that sounded good, but was not on the menu when we arrived at the restaurant. We should have left at that time, but we were hungry so decided to give it a try.

Although I may give this another try, but my boyfriend said he won't be returning.

Hot and sour soup is spicy and sour and good overtime. This is an unassuming place that is worth getting to. Try the pickled vegetables with chicken.
