Great food, great service and fantastic food. Usually I only get to see the TV ads as we don't have a Red Lobster in British Columbia. As I was in the area and with a friend that had been there before, we went for dinner. I had the Lobster Bisque and an appie plate with coconut shrimp. My friend had Shrimp Scampi and a side of Snow Crab. We will be back.

The kids used to love this place and we would eat here somewhat regularly. Been going to Arnie's and Anthony's lately but stopped in here for Sunday dinner. First time back in a year or so. Will never be back. It was that bad.
Service was terrible. Mixed up drink orders (brought the wrong drinks twice, and two people at our table waited 40 minutes to get their drinks). Careful ordering the salad, they put the dressing in a small dish, which gets all over the waiter's hands, which he then smears all over the table when he sets it down. Now it's all over the outside of the dish and all over the table.
Worse yet was the food. Borderline inedible. Why ask how we want a steak cooked (one was to be medium rare, one well done) when you have no idea how to cook a steak? Small, tough, gray - they have no idea what they are doing. Unfortunately the lobster wasn't any better. Tough, crunchy. Uggghhh.
Very disappointing visit and overall pales in comparison to Arnie's and Anthony's. Hard to believe they went downhill so fast and so far. One curious thing though, incredible how many seriously obese people frequent this place. Won't be back.

Always a very busy place, I suggest a call ahead for reservations. a super place to celebrate events, like anniversary, birthday, family reunions and much more. you can always count on excellent service, attentive staff and generally the food is in the top 10 percent in the nations. The local Lynnwood location recently remodeled and the waiting area is larger, including good weather outside seating. For a national chain to serve this good food and do it right, is a rarity in this day and age. Go, enjoy.

Soup and salad lunch was great. Salad was fresh and crisp. Dressing was plentiful and served on the side. Cheesy biscuits are always wonderful. Price was a bargain for top notch lunch. Service was also top notch.

First off let me say that we are not local to the Red Lobster area. We are from Canada and the closest Red Lobster for us is about 2 1/2 hours away. We usually go about twice a year as a special treat. One of our visits we usually plan for our daughters birthday (which often coincides with Shrimpfest ). We went today with her best friend and two of our other daughters. We arrived about 3:15 pm and planned on waiting for a table but surprisingly we got a table right away. We were seated at a table for 6 and had a young man as our server. He came shortly after we were seated and took our drink order. The drinks came in a reasonable amount of time and he asked if we were ready to order. 5 of us knew right away we were going to order shrimpfest but my one daughter wanted to look at the menu first. So we asked for a couple minutes. He came back finally about 15 to 20 minutes later to take our orders. We all ended up getting shrimpfest and he asked which 2 shrimp we would each like to order. One of my daughters asked about the Korean shrimp (what was it like?). He said he didn't know. She said 'have you ever served it?'. He said 'yes but I don't ask if they like it or anything'. Then he said 'I don't eat here anyways' . That should have been our cue to get up and run. We placed our first order (you could choose 2 kinds) and it came about 20 minutes later. To make a long story short...after you place your first order you only get to choose one type at a time. The time to get the orders took longer and longer..mostly because he never came back to the table. He forgot drinks. Blamed the kitchen for getting backed up. Thank goodness just before we totally gave up he must have gone off shift because the most amazing server named Safara took over our table. She was awesome and extremely efficient. Suddenly food was flying out to our table, drinks were refilled, she was knowledgeable and really great. I'm REALLY hoping the first part of our visit was a very uncommon occurence. We enjoy Red Lobster when we can get down to it so I'm glad we left on a good note.
