The room was very clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet - just the way I like it! The continental breakfast was rather good too. I would return for another stay.......

The back side (south side) of the hotel faces an office building, thus you don't hear the traffic noise, like on the north side facing Maple Street.

Room Tip: The quieter rooms are on the south side, away from Maple Street

My wife and I stayed here for three nights whilst visiting friends in Seattle. Room was long and thin with translucent glass door to bathroom. Bit odd as noted by other reviews. Otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Ample free parking. Good stay and highly recommended. Trader Joe’s and Safeway close by if you wish to eat supper in your room. Plates and knives/forks provided!

I'm not a big fan of SpringHill Suites but this one was very nice. The hotel felt new (not sure how old it is), smell of pine throughout. The room layout was nice. King size bed was comfortable, huge bathroom and the room itself was large with a sofa coach and a nice size flat screen TV with lots of channels. The breakfast was easy with lots of options and lots of tables\couches to sit at. We didn't use the indoor pool but I could see that being popular for families. We would be very happy to stay here again.

I stayed at SHS Issaquah six nights toward the end of July 2018. I found the hotel hit a lot of sweet spots in terms of service and comfort. The design is excellent in both the king suites and the slightly larger two double suites. All space is made functionally useful. Beds are comfortable. I had no noise issues and if you like it dark rooms featured a blackout curtain. The king room was a step in shower and the rooms with two beds have a shower/tub combo. Overall breakfast is complementary and sufficient... typically with eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice. There were glitches - over the weekend the fresh fruit didn't make an appearance... On one occasion the oatmeal was more water than oats...on another it went unrefilled (at least) the last half hour of breakfast. Housekeeping did a thorough cleaning of rooms, which was appreciated. On a couple occasions replacing the floor towel for shower was overlooked but not a big deal.

Big big props to the front desk. Jack Brenden Mia Kevin and Jennifer took care of all my needs and requests. Just an outstanding staff.

I will agree with others who review SPH Issaquah that the $9 ($10 including tax) parking feels a bit unwarranted in a suburban location where parking is not an issue. Parking is on two levels and very tightly spaced.

Room Tip: For those who are fine with stairs, a room on the back end, parking on the back of the second level makes for a quick in and out.

I was looking for a hotel that can accommodate my family of four in one room. Our room had 2 queen beds and a large sofa bed. It was very spacious and modern. Kids really enjoyed the breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.
