Smoked chicken enchiladas are my new favorite. The pasole soup is also excellent. Crowded at times but a great after work stop to meet for a beer and some awesome food.

The food is great. Don't let the outside decor turn you away. It has great new management. The huge sweet rolls are amazing!

We have been here multiple times in only a few weeks...breakfast, brunch & lunch. Can't wait to try dinner someday soon. We've had everything from fluffy pancakes, breakfast HUGE burrito, biscuits & gravy, eggs & chicken fried steak, HUGE cinnamon roll. Sigh. The meal is filling. The staff is awesome. Only thing to know, get there when it opens. So very quaint dining area. Did I forget to mention that you need to have a HUGE appetite?

Friends raved about this place, so we had to try it out, especially after we just spent two weeks in New Mexico. Yes, we loved our experience and will be back! We shared a "christmas tree" = 2 enchiladas, one green and one red. It was plenty for us - not even room for dessert. Wonderful service, cheerful and attentive. lovely ambience and happy clientele all around. Next time we'll just come for breakfast, or dessert: the homemade pies, or a cinnamon roll, or carrot cake - they all looked delicious.

Ok they have this unreal corn bread that's grilled and served with honey butter. You'll leave and at random times crave that corn bread. I have friends from New Mexico who say this restaurant is really legit. The dishes have sauces that are very special. The smoked chicken enchilada is amazing but my favorite dish is the Pasolé. A stew with hatch chili's and pork.

The ambiance is so warm and inviting. The staff takes pride in the food and service and you're treated like family from the moment you enter. There is an open kitchen with a bar around it and a happy fun feeling in the air.

Honestly, if you're in Everett this is one of the best places you can eat. Very affordable as well as delicious.
