The room was clean and fairly quiet. Once the people upstairs settled down it was great. Far enough from the interstate that there was no traffic noise.
Like that the bedside lamps had plugs for charging your phone.
Breakfast was not much, but the coffee was good and a bowl of cereal was enough to get me on the road.
I would be willing to stay there again.

1.) no parking - must park on street, bad area of town.
2.) no elevator - hope your in shape
3.) old decor - hope you like your room in the basement, yes I mean underground
4.) no Lobby - well maybe it's a 10 x 10 room, OK maybe a little bigger, but at least it had a couch.
5.) bathroom - big pink ceramic tiles! Right out of the 60's, close your eyes, and start dreaming in technicolor
6.) Front desk clerk was pleasant and polite. Tried to do her best.... I really sympathized with her. Lose, lose situation.
7.) Alley way beside resort needed more Graffiti, the kids in the hood couldnt find their way home.
8.) Found out later, the resort used to be a gentlemen's club. Need I say more.

Room tip: Main floor, avoid stairs, avoid hotel, avoid area!

We had not stayed at an Econo Lodge before and were pleasantly surprised. The motel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was attractive, clean, and attached to a wonderful restaurant where we enjoyed home cooking and super friendly staff. We like to walk to restaurants rather than drive at night in unfamiliar areas and this was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

My car broke down and I was in Woodstock for several days. The manager and staff of this motel were so kind and always friendly and accommodating. Everyone.

This is a very basic motel; not fancy and needs some repair, but it was clean. economical and what I needed.
