I went to Pho Saigon (formerly Pho 75) this week for a late lunch and was surprised by the cost $9.50 for a lg bowl. I am used to the Pho in Falls Church and Springfield, just 10 miles North of Dale City, which is less expensive. I found the meat (Brisket) to be dry and the basil was extremely splotchy. The soup was tasty, hot, and quickly served. The service was friendly and unlike some other Vietnamese restaurants, my water glass was refilled. A good choice if you are in the area, but doesn't compare to the offerings further north!
