The room and service was great. The pool water was warm ehich was nice for a morning dip. The gym had machines, medicine balls and free weights, so it was there was something for everyone. There was also complimentary parking and breakfast. The only recommendation is to provide more vegan options for breakfast.

Arrived at property the lobby and entrance was closed so there was 1 lane to enter exit. The main entrance was also closed so a side door that was right in the middle of the dining area and large enough for 1 person to fit through was the only entrance point. Only 1 employee was working. Check in was slow. Got to room and it smelled like nail polish remover. My parents took had dirty linens. I got a new room and my parents were given sheets to change the bed themselves. Because the gentleman was working alone. The pool was closed because it wasn’t dirty and there was dirt dust and debris in the halls because of a renovation. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I apologize you did not have a good experience. We are nearing the end of our renovations and have been experiencing some difficulties with the refacing of the hotel and the renovation of the 1st floor being more exposed to the guests. We are in the final stages and concerns are being resolved.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so it is somewhat incoveneint. The beds are double size, not queen - definitely wasn't expecting the smaller beds. The rooms are rather small as well. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Stayed here at the end of June with my family of 4 the hotel was clean and quite it also has a nice gym and breakfast was very good the staff working breakfast were very helpful they went above and beyond to help all the guests I would definitely stay again

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. There was construction on the outside but they say don't judge a book by its cover. The construction was no bother and the inside of the hotel was super clean and the room was nothing but the best. The employees we encountered were probably the best. My car battery died and they were so nice and even before I checked in they helped. The breakfast was super delicious and they were really good about replacing it when it was empty. It was warm and good like homemade breakfast. There was nothing to complain about. The pool was spotless and the staff made sure to help your needs at all times regardless of what the request was.
