We arrived on a Saturday evening, having used the Marriott Mobile App for advance check-in. The front desk had our room key-card waiting, and we were off within 15 seconds! We were on the top floor, with great views! The Concierge Lounge was closed for the weekend and we were given a voucher for two complimentry Buffet Breakfasts for Sunday morning (a value of $20 each!). It was very very good, and our server was so gracious and eager to please (good training, Marriott!).
As we were leaving Sunday morning, we were offered a free Sunday Washington Post ($3.50 -- we paid that the previous morning at the Greenbelt Marriott). Interesting that both are full-service Marriott Hotels, but the Greenbelt Marriott did not step up. Also on Sunday morning there was a very large crew from an excellent international airline waiting for their transfer to Dulles Airport. That is interesting, because the airline chose to assign their crew to a hotel 15 miles from the airport instead of a hotel directly at the airport -- that speaks volumes as to how good the Tysons Corner Marriott Hotel is!
Our room was very clean and well-stocked. Parking (on weekends) is free and there were plenty of spaces. During the week there is a charge.
We would recommend this excellent hotel to everyone!More
