Like many hotels along the Baja coast, they are set on its rocky shores. Because Mexico does not have a law similar to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the developers don't take people with disabilities into account.
My wife uses a cane to walk and we were limited to the 4th floor, a few steps up from the lobby. The Garden area was available but all you get is a view of the parking lot. The rooms were clean but stuffy-no AC and WiFi is available only in the lobby.
The staff was friendly but front desk people were to busy to be accomadating.
