“home from home”
Reviewed 26 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We had a 3 day stay to see friends and family in the area. The cottage was a real home from home everything was provided that you could possibly think you may need. The rooms were clean the beds comfy the decor very tasteful and with 3 bathrooms no hanging around waiting for a shower in the morning (especially with 8 of us staying). The scenery around is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this cottage and will definately be returning. Thanks Barbara

“Wonderfully spacious house at the centre of a truly beautiful part of Wales”
Reviewed 20 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We all rally enjoyed our holiday in Gwynfryn. It was a great base to go and explore stunning beaches, steam train rides and Carmarthen.
From the spacious entrance hall / utility in to the generous kitchen it was a great layout for us all. The games room was a great addition - we did a whole week without watching the tele! (as was the stereo in the kitchen with an eclectic mix of CD's including a Jimi Hendrix compilation and Roy Orbison)
We had space to park 2 large cars outside,
The bathrooms are all lovely and modern making the stay very comfortable.

Liked best: The flow and layout and room sizes
Liked least: The garden is found out front down steep steps (sadly we weren't all agile enough to enjoy this space)

A beautiful, warm and well equipped cottage in a lovely village. Stayed for a weekend for a friends wedding but would certainly like to return for a holiday.

Ideal family home with all necessary facilities. Excellent well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean bed linens. Provided with most of the basic necessities you could think of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gwynfryn. Thanks to Pip n Stephen. Cheers Savithri, Moorthy, Shalini & Santhosh.

“Fantastic”

I made a late booking and was concerned that lack of (suitable) choice would also mean lack of quality. How wrong I was - we all loved the house and its garden and everything that we could want was in the house.

Its in a lovely village (although the village shop is not up to much, there is a great "chippie") and it is only 25 minutes to the seaside with good shopping available only 10 minutes away in Newcastle Emlyn.

Not a single negative to report.
